2. Visit Rizal Park

Rizal park is located at the heart of Manila, it is the famous landmark and serves the homage of our national hero, Jose Rizal. You can visit the park for a simple picnic, picture taking with your family and play some outdoor games like biking and skating. It will be different kind of experience to be out for some exercise.

Ocean Park is known to house more than 13,000 species inside the aquarium. It is famous for its massive drawing that is called the oceanarium. This park is perfect with little kids for a more informative trip for their learning minds.

There are a lot of modern spaces around like Makati, BGC, and Taft. These places are known to have a safe community that is great for walking and exploration that you can visit in Manila. Makati is known to be the Central Business District in our country. The city is known for its tall building and parks that are perfect for a relaxation on a weekend. BGC is also a place where you can take your bike and stroll around the city with its wide roads and bike friendly streets. There are a lot of parks, high end shops and restaurants that you can try out when you are in the city. Taft is known to be the center of the famous universities in our country. There are also some retail shops, start up restaurants and the historical schools that you can visit with the family.


9. Explore Cubao Expo

Cubao Expo is known to have a broad choices of restaurants, retails shops, art galleries, thrift stores that are already there for many years. The place contains all vintage stuff like comics, furnitures, CDs and many more. It is a great place for relaxation and a take back from the past.

Manila City is known to have the famous clubs in the Philippines. In BGC there are available clubs and party places that you can visit for a night of fun and dancing with your friends. There are also some in the famous Poblacion that offers wide variety of hotels and bars that lets you unwind from stress. And lastly, Tomas Morato that is known for the younger generation that is located in Quezon City. It housed night time recreation of fun like karaoke joints, disco bars and comedy clubs.


11. Food Trip

One great way to relive stress is by eating. There are many available affordable street foods for a different kind of experience. You can visit Maginhawa Street that have many local restaurants that offers trendy and new food trends that everyone wants to try. Jolly Jeep in Makati offers affordable and tasty food for the people. They are usually available for the office workers for a cheaper option rather than the expensive fast food. Kapitolyo is known to have a charming vibe. It is a place for intimate dates and a different kind of food experience and options that you can try.


12. Weekend Markets

Weekend markets are usually pop up shops available to showcase some local Filipino goods. Salcedo Market usually starts at 6 am and every Saturday that housed 50 local suppliers that offers delicacies from anywhere in the Philippines. You can get to try the different cuisines that they have prepared and its distinct flavors. Legazpi Market is also like the Salcedo Market that is available during Sunday that starts at 7 in the morning.
